Juventus to sign Ajax defender
By europeanfootballnews.co.uk January 30 2007
Ajax and Czech Republic defender Zdenek Grygera will join Juventus at the end of the season when his current contract expires. Grygera will undergo a medical and if everything goes well he will sign a five year deal with 'Juve', according to Grygera's agent Zdenek Nehoda.
Grygera's medical was planned for this week but the 26-year old Czech Republic international limped off with a hamstring injury during Ajax' 3-2 victory over FC Groningen, last Sunday. Grygera will now undergo his medical when he's recovered from this injury.

A transfer to Juventus was in the air for some time and seems to become reality now.
