Windass Returns To Bradford

Dean Windass has return to Valley Parade and has signed a two year contract with the Yorkshire club , he signs on a free after spending a the remainder of last season at Sheffield Utd , he wil complete the transfer from July 1st.

Windass's return will put smiles on the face of Bantams fans who have been an unhappy bunch of late , but a good end to last season and a few new faces like Windass will again enlighten the hardcore fans.

He left Bradford originally in 2001 signing for Middlesborough but he failed to make an impact on Teeside and moved to Brammall  Lane where he made a number of appearances before failing out with Neil Warnock.

Speaking to the official Bradford website Windass said  "I don't want to get in any bother but I love proving other people wrong and I want to show Neil Warnock he made a mistake,"

"I've had a lot of good vibes from Nicky about the club and he really sold it to me." he also added
